Job Title: Private Equity Analyst
Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Position Overview
Kelly Capital offers recent college graduates and former investment banking analysts the opportunity to join the firm’s private equity analyst program. New analysts will be placed in the firm’s business development group and, working together with Kelly Capital’s coverage officers, shall have direct calling responsibilities communicating with an array of financial institutions. As a new member of the Kelly Capital team, via the firm’s calling efforts, the analyst shall seek to identify sellers of various assets. The position represents an opportunity to work within an entrepreneurial environment with senior professionals on a daily basis.
Select analysts may be provided with an opportunity to join either the commercial real estate or mergers and acquisitions division of Kelly Capital. Such election shall be based upon the overall success of the analyst throughout the entire program.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree with a strong GPA
- Team player who can excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and challenging work environment
- Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis
- A working knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing software programs
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
Annual compensation for the position shall range between $30,000 and $40,000. A discretionary bonus may be paid based on performance. Upon the completion of a 90-day introductory period, employees shall be eligible on the first day of the following month for medical, dental, group term life and long-term disability coverage.
